Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar

Breakfast was amazing. The ambiance was fantastic and we loved the afternoon tea time. The woman who showed us around the hotel was fantastic. Highly recommend going to The Pink Bar for a golden hour drink.

There were all of these fun crafts at tea time, but some of the vendors were a little pushy about wanting a tip before doing the craft. Make sure to bring some cash.

Beautiful building, restaurant was phenomenal for both dinner and breakfast. Staff were incredibly friendly. Room was clean and the facilities were elite.

It’s a little far away from the city and slightly difficult to get to.

I had a bed to sleep.

It smelled in the hallways like someone threw up and then there was some rose or other smell sprayed for masking and that caused it to smell even worse. The staff had dirty uniforms, no one smiles. The windows to the room were dirty. The pool area was unavailable due to a loud wedding celebration. What coffee and what tea... very poor service. Not welcoming, I will not stay here again. I was given wet bedding, room service calls were being dropped, overall bad experience.

Stunning to look at. The courtyard is breathtaking

It is wedding season which isn’t advertised so while we enjoyed watching all the stunning ceremonies & traditions it was noisy at night with wedding guests coming up from the party at all hours so sleep was disturbed, however, out of wedding season it would be faultless. That said, the wedding did add to our experience, we are from the U.K. & have never witnessed anything so extravagant, colourful & wonderful. The staff are lovely, trying hard to please guests all the time. Janvi was excellent, helping me when I needed medical care which eased the stressful situation. Mr Hieesh the Restaurant Manager in the North/Pink Bar was brilliant, fabulous at his job & couldn’t do enough for us in order to make it the best experience possible. Shubham, also in the restaurant was wonderful, both will go far in life & thoroughly deserve to. The food was delicious, a credit to the chef. Thankyou all the staff for a super holiday. If you are looking for an authentic jaipur palace experience, look no more. Amazing hotel with exceptional staff from the bellboy, reception, restaurants, chefs, spa therapists. Everyone was always very helpful even though the hotel was hosting several weddings. The hotel is so beautiful but kept clean and the rooms are top notch.

Little further from main attractions in jaipur but the hotel ammenities and staff made it so much more worthwhile.

The service of the staff was exceptional. From the Concierge, to the Reception to the FNB staff, everybody was super humble and helpful. Much recommended.

Very bad experience. Paid for extra bed night before our stay. But till midnight the night we were staying, they keep saying staff is very busy. I had to go to reception to talk to the manager. Service was just ridiculous.

The staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is too far out and it took over an hour to get any where. We got tired of sitting in a car.

The actual room and bathroom was great and the best thing about the hotel.

- Extremely noisy next to a busy road with constant horn honking all day and night- all the main areas are dirty. There are cleaners but they simply smear the dirt around- pigeons everywhere (but this is an India problem not just the hotel)- breakfast was average. Coffee was cold. You have to specifically order Orange juice and with only 6 people in the restaurant it took 25 minutes to come out. On the same day my husband ordered eggs and when they didn’t come out he went back to find the chef standing with his arms crossed. He had forgotten! How? There were only 6 people in the restaurant.- drinks at the rooftop bar were average- lunch at the restaurant was average. - the staff generally always wore dirty clothes and often smelled very badly of BO. This perhaps is because they have limited access to any washing machine facilities, in which case, the hotel should provide this for them. Trying to eat food with strong wafts of BO is not ideal.- we were asked incessantly how our food was. I imagine most people would say “fine thank you”, even when it wasn’t- giving the hotel a false opinion of the quality of its offerings. They need to ask better questions if they want any genuine feedback ie. “is there anything we could have done better/differently to improve your experience?”- for the size of the hotel, there are only about 12 sunchairs. Way too few!I could go on, but you get the idea.

This is a gorgeous property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The courtyard in the evening is magical and peaceful, and so was the flute player in the morning. The hotel is a true oasis in the midst of busy Jaipur. Staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Navya who was consistently pleasant and helpful; and to Govind, sous chef at Shrot Restaurant, as well as the chef and our delightful table waiter at The North Club for preparing/arranging special meals for us to cater for tastes and intolerances. The rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and spacious. Complimentary high teas is a nice touch. They also do a very special welcome for each guest on arrival, but to explain it here would be to spoil the surprise. We arrived in the middle of a 250 guest, 2-day wedding and the music could be heard just about everywhere in the hotel. However, there are government noise restrictions so all was quiet by 10 pm and we slept well. The hotel is in a strange location and far from town. Allow 45 min into the town and a good hour to the Amber Fort.
